In-product analytics in GitLab

Currently in GitLab, we have a few existing analytics features and ongoing initiatives.

Let's use this issue to discuss the medium-term vision of analytics (as scoped in this issue) and the roadmap to get there. In particular, let's even figure out what's in scope for our discussion.
