Billing tab of a group displays wrong info regarding all burndown charts being available for Bronze

Summary

Group-level burndown charts were introduced in 10.8 and are available only starting from Silver plan, as per our pricing:https://about.gitlab.com/pricing/#gitlab-com (Burndown Charts for Group Milestones). For Bronze level only the Burndown Charts for Project Milestones are available. In the interface, however, it says that Burndown charts are available for Bronze. As a result, this leads to confusion.

In the interface, it should say "Burndown Charts for Project Milestones" instead of simply "Burndown Charts".
