"GitLab as OAuth2 authentication service provider" doc is outdated

• "In order to add a new application via your profile, navigate to Profile Settings > Applications and select New Application." - I don't see any link for "Profile Settings", and clicking "Applications" is enough to get you on the screen you want.
• Scopes can be entered on the same screen as Name and Redirect URI.
• "Although there are only two scopes available at the moment – read_user and api – the groundwork has been laid to add more scopes easily." There are more scopes now.
• Screenshots are outdated
