Weights editable in board issue side panel

Summary

In Issues/Boards selecting issue on free plan allows editing issue weight on side panel

Steps to reproduce

• Use free plan

1. Open Issues/Boards
2. Click on issue card (not on title), so that side panel with issue information opens
3. Verify that Weight section contains Edit button
4. Verify that pressing Edit button opens text box

What is the current bug behavior?

Allows putting in text, tho it seems that no changes are being applied

What is the expected correct behavior?

Consistent information as in issue view, showing "This feature is locked. Upgrade plan" message.
