Find merge requests that need my attention

When there are several open merge requests in various projects, I'm not sure the best way for me to find ones that need my attention. There are several things that would be helpful:

• Indicate (e.g. with a status icon) which MRs can currently be merged, vs. which have merge criteria (e.g. approvals) they haven't yet met
• Indicate which MRs I can approve, but haven't yet approved or indicated it needs work (sidenote - how do I indicate it needs work? Add a 'TODO' item? Is there an explicit "not approved" or "needs work" button somewhere I haven't found?)

In general I feel like there's very little help for me to figure out what's in my work queue for MRs, any help would be appreciated.
