As a group owner I cannot access Settings CI / CD, 422 Unprocessable Entity

Summary

I am the owner of a group, when I try to access 'Settings -> CI / CD', I get 422.

Steps to reproduce

As the group owner open the group and click Settings then 'CI / CD', you will be redirected to a page with 422 error.
