Problem to solve

Teams with complex pipelines that span multiple projects via multi-project pipelines or via includes need to be able to see a "bill of materials" (BOM) for the complete view of what is included in the build.

Further details

If one project changes and another project depends on either it's CI/CD configuration or on artifacts, you can't (easily) figure out what all changed.
