DevOps coverage for Security Products

The ~"devops:secure" stage is now covering the entire DevOps toolchain. It means that it should provide security to all the existing stages, as shown in the following image:

At the moment, we cover mainly the ~"devops:verify" stage, but we should expand our features also to other stages.
