Approvals flow is misleading

Problem

I set an approver in an MR:

which I assumed it would be enough to require at least 1 approval

I was a bit surprised when I noticed "No approval required" message Screen_Shot_2018-06-19_at_18.33.45

I had to go to edit mode again to notice the number of approvals is 0.

Proposal

If I set 1 approver, should we automatically update the number of approvals to 1?
