Make shadows on roadmap view act in a more consistent/logical way

Problem

The shadow on the left is jarring. It draws attention to it, as the animation appears only there + can disappear again.

Proposal

• Stretch timeline all the way to the left (above the list)
• Have shadow go across the whole width of roadmap
