Hide Issues from Archived Projects from the listing in a user's Issue board

Problem to solve

When a user clicks on the icon in the upper right to view their Issue board, it displays all of their assigned issues, including issues from projects that have been archived.

When a user views their assigned Issues, it is distracting when there are issues from archived projects.

Proposal

Hide issues from archived projects so they are not included in list of issues displayed on a user's Issue Board.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

1. Create 2 projects
2. In project 1 create an Issue and assign it to the user
3. In project 2 create an Issue and assign it to the user
4. View the user's Issue Board, there should be 2 issues listed
5. Archive project 2.
6. View the user's Issue Board, there should be 1 Issue listed (the Issue from project 1).
