Beta support for additional languages in GitLab Advanced SAST

GitLab Advanced SAST analyzes additional programming languages beyond the standard SAST analyzers. This analysis is performed by the dedicated gitlab-advanced-sast-ext CI/CD job, which is enabled together with GitLab Advanced SAST through the GITLAB_ADVANCED_SAST_ENABLED CI/CD variable (available in the Ultimate tier).

• Dart (beta as of GitLab 19.4)
• Scala (beta as of GitLab 19.4)
• Kotlin (beta as of GitLab 19.4)
• Rust (beta as of GitLab 19.5)
