Add Dependency Scanning configuration values and mapping

Introduce a JSON schema for Dependency Scanning configuration that defines allowed values, along with a mapping of those values to the corresponding environment variables used when the Dependency Scanning job is injected by a scan profile.

• Define and enforce allowed values for Dependency Scanning configuration (DS auto remediation example)
• Provide a mapping between configuration values and their corresponding environment variable

Acceptance Criteria

• A JSON schema is created that specifies all allowed values for Dependency Scanning scan profile configuration
• A mapping is defined between the allowed configuration values and their corresponding environment variables
• When a scan profile injects the Dependency Scanning scan job, the correct environment variables are set based on the configuration mapping
• Expose Dependency Scanning profile configuration type
