Please Update the Gitlab Docs to reflect support of IAM roles

Summary

On the Gitlab documentation page for Backups there's reference in a few places to using a IAM role instead of AWS keys. This is not the same on

Steps to reproduce

Example in : https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/raketasks/backup_restore.html there is a reference to 'use_iam_profile' => true

While this works with LFS it's not listed. https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/workflow/lfs/lfs_administration.html

I haven't tested but assume its the same thing with:
