Pages: Delete modal button label should be 'Delete pages' not 'Removes pages'

Summary

The confirmation button inside the Pages delete modal uses the label "Removes pages" instead of "Delete pages". This is inconsistent with GitLab's UI conventions and the expected wording for destructive actions.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to a project's Pages settings page
  2. Click the delete button to open the confirmation modal
  3. Observe the button inside the modal reads "Removes pages"

Expected behavior

The button label inside the modal should be "Delete pages".

Additional context

Identified during Vue 3 migration (vue3_migrate_pages feature flag) review. The issue is unrelated to the Vue 3 migration itself.
