Pages: Delete modal is missing a headline

Summary

The modal that appears when deleting Pages is missing a headline/title. Adding a headline would improve clarity and consistency with other confirmation modals in the UI.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to a project's Pages settings page
  2. Click the delete button
  3. Observe the modal — it has no headline

Expected behavior

The delete modal should display a clear headline (e.g. "Delete pages") so users know what action they are confirming.

Actual behavior

The modal appears without a headline.

Additional context

Identified during Vue 3 migration (vue3_migrate_pages feature flag) review. The issue is unrelated to the Vue 3 migration itself.
