Do not auto-open the workplan after generation

Summary

Change behavior so the workplan does not open automatically once it has been generated. Rely on the completion status to inform the user instead.

Context

Currently, after the plan is generated we auto-open the work plan, which hides the work plan/confidence scores behind the panel. With the move to the (slower) async flow, auto-opening can be disruptive because the user may have started doing something else on the work item by the time generation completes.

As long as we have a clear and visible status upon completion (which we do), the workplan should not auto-open. This also resolves the concern about the score being hidden in some cases.

Action

  • Do not auto-open the workplan panel when generation completes.
  • Ensure a clear, visible completion status remains.
