Add request_channel detection (API/UI/Congregate)

Detect whether an import was started via API, UI, or Congregate, and thread that signal from Import::BulkImportsController/API::BulkImports (and standard-importer equivalents) into the tracked events.

No existing user-agent sniffing for imports today, so this is new plumbing end to end.
