Sort feature settings alphabetically within sections on model selection pages

Problem

On the model selection pages, feature settings are not currently sorted in a predictable order within their respective sections. This makes it harder for users to scan and locate a specific feature setting.

Proposal

Sort feature settings in alphabetical order within their respective sections on the model selection pages.

This must be completed for both:

• Namespace model selection page
• Instance model selection page

Acceptance criteria

• Feature settings are displayed in alphabetical order within each section on the namespace model selection page.
• Feature settings are displayed in alphabetical order within each section on the instance model selection page.
