Add Active Reviewers to MR's
Description
We would like to have an option on MR's to indicated active reviewers. This would show other approvers that the MR is being actively looked at. In the case of an MR that has 5 approvers set but only needs 2 approvals to go in, if the MR was being actively looked at by 2 people then the other 3 can choose not to look at it.
Proposal
Add a button to MR's that an approver can click to indicate that they are actively reviewing it. On the MR show who is actively reviewing the MR.
