FE: [Sessions Panel] Add filter by project to Sessions Search

Proposal

We would like to have the Agent Sessions page to be queryable/filtered by the project.

Tasks

• Add backend capability for filtering by project name -> via #622898 (closed)
• Add filters on the UI to filter by project <- this issue
