[Backend] Add Conservative / Standard / Proactive profile presets

Introduce 3 new profile presets for the new Triage and Remediation profile to provide users with predefined configuration options tailored to different operational needs.

Presets to Add

• Conservative – Prioritize stability and minimal disruption.
• Standard – A balanced preset suitable for most use cases. Should reflect the existing defaults.
• Proactive – An aggressive preset.

Acceptance Criteria

• Three new profile presets are created: Conservative, Standard, and Proactive
• Each preset is available within the Triage and Remediation profile
• Each preset has appropriate default configurations reflecting its intended behavior
