Date filters on saved views show time and date

Summary

When saving and loading a date filter on a saved view, the chip in the search bar includes both the date and time (UTC midnight). This only occurs for date filters used in saved views. Using these on the regular listing pages does not have this behaviour and shows only the date.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a saved view with a date filter (e.g. Closed date before 2026-01-01)
  2. Load the saved view
  3. Observe the chip in the search bar

What is the current bug behavior?

The chip shows the date and time

What is the expected correct behavior?

The chip should only show the date
