Show the runner description on the Job page sidebar
Description
It's currently not obvious what runner executed a job because the sidebar only shows the runner's database ID and it is not a link (see first screenshot below). The runner's name is printed in the build log, but it would be much more accessible if the info was in the sidebar.
Proposal
Show the runner's description in the sidebar instead of it's ID, and also make it a link to the runner's settings page:
