Node and Pod summary views

We should add a view, similar to what we have for deploy boards for a given environment today, to the Kubernetes cluster view.

This can provide a quick glance of health status for each pod/node, as well as provide an easy way to drill down and get more information.

• Pods can be small boxes/hexagons/whatever, colored by project/environment and health
• Nodes can similarly rendered, with colors based on their health
