Scrollable image thumbnail sidebar for issues/mrs/epics

Problem

• When people want to have discussions about visual designs in issues/mr/epic, it is difficult, because images are splattered across many different comments, even discussion threads.
• If a thread is very long, it becomes extremely hard to see all the images, and how they evolve, especially with all the text interspersed in.
• If we want to quickly find an image, it's difficult. If we want to focus on the visuals, it's difficult.
• How to navigate and find the images we care about and quickly scan through them?

Proposal

• A scrollable image thumbnail sidebar for issues/mrs/epics.
• You activate the sidebar/UI somehow. It probably swaps out with the existing sidebar because you can't fit everything at the same time.
• The thumbnail images are made up of all the images in the issue/mr/epic. I.e. everything that people have uploaded in the description and comments.
• The thumbnails are in the order of the comments in which they came from.
• The thumbnail sidebar is scrollable itself (apart from the main area of the page).
• When you click on a thumbnail, the main area of the page scrolls to the originating comment (or description). That is, each thumbnail is like a link to the comment.
