Secrets Manager: Update AuditLog spec fixtures for 3-level OpenBao paths

Summary

Follow-up from #599745 (closed).

The audit log regex patterns in ee/app/models/secrets_management/audit_log.rb are compatible with the new 3-level OpenBao namespace scheme because they do not depend on the path prefix. However, the spec fixtures still use old-format paths.

Proposal

Update AuditLog spec fixtures from old-format paths such as:

group_<root_namespace_id>/group_<group_id>/

to the new 3-level format:

org_<organization_id>/group_<root_namespace_id>/group_<group_id>/

This keeps the specs representative of current production paths.

Note

Subgroup audit logs such as org_<organization_id>/group_<root_namespace_id>/group_<subgroup_id>/, where root namespace and subgroup IDs differ, still do not match namespace_path_matches_group_path?. That is a pre-existing limitation, not a regression from the 3-level path change.

This was left unresolved in the pre-Open Beta schema/code cleanup tracking issue #599745 (closed).
