Organisations like to standardize their methods, which is made easier with templates.
Proposal
We allow for the creation / addition / management of custom templates for:
.gitlab-ci.yml, .gitignore and LICENSE.
The easiest and most friendly way to manage these would be through a repository. Something like templates / .gitignore, for instance.
