Browse previous attempts after retry

As a developer, I want to browse previous attempts when I retry, so I don't lose responses I've already paid for.

Acceptance criteria:

On retry, replace the current response with the new one and add inline navigation to browse between attempts.

• Given a response has been retried, the previous response is replaced by the new response in the main view. A navigation counter appears (e.g., "2/2") with arrow buttons to browse attempts.
• Given a response has been retried one or more times, a navigation counter appears on the response (e.g., "1/2", "2/2"). The user can browse previous attempts using arrow buttons.
• Given the user navigates to a previous attempt, no retry button is shown. The attempt is read-only.
• Given a response has been retried one or more times, each attempt retains its own feedback buttons (thumbs up/down).
• Navigation counter and arrow buttons appear in the response action bar
• Only the latest attempt shows the retry button
• Previous attempts are read-only (no retry, no action bar beyond feedback)
• Each attempt retains its own feedback buttons (thumbs up/down)
• No limit on number of attempts
