Request to add Dmytro Hrebeniuk as Ukrainian co-proofreader

Hi GitLab Localization Team,

I would like to offer my help as a co-proofreader for Ukrainian to share the load and ensure faster UI localization releases.

As requested in the guidelines, here is the link to my previous translation work. I currently serve as the Ukrainian Proofreader for the Akeneo PIM project: (https://crowdin.com/project/akeneo)

Note: I tried to follow the handbook and open an MR to edit the proofreader.md file myself, but my personal fork immediately hit the free tier limit ("repository has exceeded the allocated storage"), preventing me from committing the change.

Could a maintainer kindly add my entry to the proofreader.md file under the Ukrainian section?
