Add note that Workspaces requires Premium/Ultimate tier

The Workspaces section shows the Premium/Ultimate tier badge but doesn't explain what happens if a Free tier user tries to use it.

Suggested Fix Add a note: "Workspaces are only available on Premium and Ultimate tiers. Free tier users can still use the Web IDE for basic edits."
