Support iframe embedding of GitLab pipeline artifacts (build information)

Summary

As a user, I want to embed GitLab pipeline artifacts (such as build information pages) inside an iframe in Markdown (README files, issues, wikis, etc.) so that I can display live build status and artifact content directly within my project documentation.
