Keyboard shortcuts modal is clipped, and has incorrect text

Summary

  • The keyboard shortcuts modal dialog clips the text on desktop-class screens
  • The shortcut key ? doesn't actually close the window, as the text states

Steps to reproduce

  1. Press ? to open keyboard shortcuts modal dialog on screen size ≥ 768px (text clipped)
  2. Press ? again (modal dismisses, then re-opens)
