Summary

Missing cancel button on user identity screens; In all other screens the Cancel button is always present.

It's not really a bug, it's more of an element omission

Steps to reproduce

• As administrator edit a user profile
• Click button "New Identity" or edit the current Identity
• The Form page does not present the Cancel button
