Linked file status icon is collapsed in the file browser

If there's not enough space to fit in the file name in the file browser then the linked file icon would be completely collapsed. This icon should never be collapsed and instead the text should be truncated more agressively.

How to reproduce

1. Open any merge request
2. Select 'Changes' tab
3. Copy a link to any diff file line
4. Open it in a new tab
5. Resize file browser so that the file name doesn't fit completely
6. Observe the linked file icon to be gone
