Icon asset is not loaded properly in gdk

The "View Blame prior to this change" button appears on the existing blame page, but the icon is not rendering correctly in gdk (.com is good). This was noticed during development of !219677 (comment 3023159317). I think it's related to the bundling we do locally, maybe vite?
