Don't hide copy branch name buttons on smaller viewport on MR page

Currently Copy branch name button is hidden on smaller viewports. I don't see why that is necessary since it doesnt cause any visual problems even on smaller viewports.

for eg: here when duo chat panel is open, copy branch name button is not visible anymore which is really annoying since I have to close duo chat or sidebar every time I need to copy the branch name in this case.

Additional feedback

  • From @dnsmichi (since week of Dec 6 2025) "The copy icon has been missing next to the branch name. The missing copy action button makes it harder to copy the branch name, because I cannot really select it with the cursor"
