[FE Offline Transfer] 3. Build group & project entity selection tool
Requires #586917 to be completed first.
This will focus on building the core entity selection tool that will be used for both the Export and Import flows.
We'd need to investigate if it's possible to build one tool that is reusable for both flows. That would be ideal.
Acceptance criteria
- The user can view all the groups / projects they have access to and select them
- Nothing will happen after selection. For now, focusing on just building a component that receives props of groups and projects and displays them in a selectable list.
- Requires integration with existing APIs for users groups and projects
- Notes any follow up work required (please create follow up issues to be completed when the offline transfer backend is concluded)
