Documentation: Indicate where API method is available per each import method

The table on Migrating to Gitlab could also include a column on whether external API is available to users.

Adding a tick for 'API method available' could make the documentation more comprehensive for new customers as well as internal team members. Or perhaps two columns 'UI method' and 'API method'.
