Add "collapse all" button to file tree browser

Suggestion: It'd be neat to have a "collapse all" button for when I'm lost in the depth of directories.

This would help users quickly collapse all expanded directories in the file tree when navigating through deeply nested folder structures, improving the navigation experience in larger repositories.
