Remove Unnecessary Anchor Link from CRUD Component Headers

Problem

The CRUD component header includes an anchor link icon that serves no purpose - it was never actually used for linking. This icon takes up space in the header and can hide the title when it's too long.

Current Behavior

The anchor icon is positioned inside the CRUD component header, which causes the title to be hidden or truncated when the title is too long. Screenshot example below:

Proposed Solution

Remove the anchor link from CRUD component headers entirely, as it serves no functional purpose and only takes up valuable header space.
