LDAP query timeout should not remove users from groups

Summary

In the new group sync, some large groups take more than 10 seconds to return results.

Steps to reproduce

Create a really large group in LDAP and then try to run group sync. Maybe use Active Directory because it's probably slower than OpenLDAP 😉

Expected behavior

Users shouldn't be ripped out just because a query timed out.
