gitlab-advanced-sast-cpp: update docs for diff scan of c/c++

In the documentation, we have already introduced differential scanning, and most of that content can be reused for GLAS-CPP.

However, we need to clearly document a current limitation: changes in header files are not detected by GLAS-CPP’s diff-scan.
