Analytics agent tracking and metrics

Problem to solve

To validate whether the analytics agent is:

  • Meeting our > 80% accuracy goal
  • Not throwing fixable errors
  • Being used by users

We need to create the required dashboards, with relevant metrics and logs. We need to be able to verify that the error rate is low, and the usage of the agent is increasing over time.
