Duo Code Review: "Re-request review" button visible while review is in progress

Problem

When using Duo Code Review, while Duo is still busy reviewing the MR, there is already a "Re-request review" button visible in the sidebar. This button should not be visible until the review is complete.

Expected Behavior

The "Re-request review" button should only appear after Duo has finished reviewing the MR.

Actual Behavior

The button is visible while Duo is still busy reviewing the MR.
