Steps to reproduce
- Create a new top level group or access an existing group on Gitlab.com
- Navigate to the group /billings page
- Click
Talk to an expert - View hand raise modal and spacing issue for CTAs should be visible
Alternatively, you can view the hand-raise modal from a group namespace on an active trial by navigating to the Trial discover page and clicking the Contact Sales CTA.

CTA buttons should be vertically aligned and there should be padding in between the cancel and submit information CTAs.
