User profile page returns 404 for users starts with "o."

The profile page (https://gitlab.com/o.kosatka) always return 404. We have tried several username in our own gitlab and gitlab.com and every usr with username starts with "o." is affected.

How to reproduce: Just create user with name starting with o. and go to profile page gitlab.com/<username>).
