Update triggers to mention agent/flow correctly

1. When editing a trigger for an "External agent", the trigger still mentions Flow. We should change this to something that works for both Agents and Flows.
2. (Might not be an issue) When the "Experimental or beta features" group setting is disabled, the pre-selected flow does not show up if it was created before that.
