Deprecate the support for Elasticsearch 7.x in Advanced Search

Background

Elastic announced their 9.0.0-rc1 release, and we can expect their final 9.0 release soon. According to their EOL policy, they may not provide support for 7.x. So, we may also drop Elasticsearch 7.x as supported Elasticsearch versions in GitLab deployment.

What to do

• Create a deprecation notice in release post in GitLab release N.
• Create a removal of support in release post in GitLab release N+2.
• Update Elasticsearch integration documentation accordingly
