Display all projects accessible by a specific flow or external agent

Problem

Users currently have no visibility into which projects a specific flow or external agent has access to. While warnings inform users that flows and external agents operate with group-level permissions, there is no dedicated interface to view the actual scope of access. This creates a security blind spot where users cannot easily audit or understand the full extent of a flow's or agent's project-level permissions.

Desired Outcome

Provide a dedicated page or interface that displays all projects a specific flow or external agent has access to. This page should:

• Show a comprehensive list of all projects within the agent's or flow's permission scope
• Clearly indicate the permission level for each project
• Allow users to understand and audit the actual access granted to the flow or external agent
• Help users make informed decisions about flow/agent deployment and configuration
